From the President...
Hello, for those of you who know how talkative I can be, I will try to keep this brief. I am very pleased and honored to have been chosen as the Champlain Valley Skating Club President for the 2008-2009 season. As we start out this year, I hope it will be a year of accomplishments, growth, and continued success. For those of you who do not know me, I have been associated with the world of figure skating for the last eighteen years, and the parent of local coach Jonathan Hayward. Skating has been a huge part of my life. I do not often make it to the rink anymore, although I will try to change that this upcoming year. You can contact me via the following: 58 Northshore Dr.
Burlington, VT 05408
(802) 399-2664.
I am looking forward to becoming acquainted with of the people and personalities that make this club one of the best in New England!
See you at the rink,
Marianne Thompson
